I had mine set to sedentary but just recently changed it to lightly active.

90% of the time L eats what the hubby and I do. If I make something that I know he doesn't like (but we want anyways), I will make him a sandwich or some meat and cheese.

Zumba is probably my favorite. More specifically though, my Thursday night class. There is something about that instructor that just makes the class so much better. (I go Mondays & Thursdays currently) I also enjoy step aerobics. I am hoping to sign up again for a January class through our local community education…
