How's your water intake? I want aim for a gallon per day starting first thing in the morning. Also I would consume raw fruits and veggies until noon, then lean protein and veggies in the evening and late afternoon. That should help some. You body is most missing nutrient rich foods.

They may not realize that it's hidden. I need for yall to tell me that eating over 1200 calories is bad, or offer suggestion for filling meal ideas instead of eating empty or unfilling calories. I love this site!

It depends on the friend personality. Just talk in general about health and weight concerns, and she what he/she thinks. At any rate love your friend regardless and with the support and encourgment they will be fine.

LOL I know that's right!!! I'm a weight watchers also, and I'm doing both too!!!!!! I need the support so lets help each other. :smile:
