I've lost 44 and he's down 26. 70 together - woo hoo! I still have a long way to go (he is a lot closer to his goal than I am), but it is so great that he (and a few others of our friends!) are working on this together. :smile:

You can't undo the past two days, and stressing about it won't help. Let it go. To recover, just put one foot in front of the other until you've regained your "five giant steps", then keep it up, one step at a time. Oh, and welcome to Texas. There are some friendly people here. :smile:

These are great suggestions - I need them, too! For myself, I used to get high-cal starbucks drinks, then I switched to nonfat cappuccinos with two raw sugars, then I cut the sugar, and now I'm on straight espresso. Cheaper, better for me. I'm with you! I weigh every day, but I only record the number once or twice a week. That way, I'm keeping my finger on the pulse of my progress, but I'm not harassing my friends with every .2 loss in my newsfeed. Also, it is better to track the weekly trend rather than the daily details.
