The pass day is a slippery slope for me. Especially on a Friday. I try not to use all of my exercise calories so it seems a treat if I use them.

Hi, Glad to see you here! This challenge will put the flounder in check! How do you like working with a trainer? I'm not sure I would like to pay someone to boss me around. LOL I got a husband and kids that do it for free. Good luck and glad to see you here.

It's a challenge to be healthy and exercise. No weigh in or contest just you and your plans for the month. You just need to log what you eat and exercise at least 20 minutes a day. I'll send you an invite.
