Actually my mom brought her car there once a few years ago, and a month later her car was running bad (It was a pretty new car) brought it somewhere else, and her car was leaking oil, because they never screwed the top back on tight! I hope her car is fixable for a decent price. Wonder if you can prove it's there fault...

Add me if you'd like. I have a 3 and 4 yr old. And I watch my 2 yr old nephew during the day, and on occasion (lots lately) I get my friends 2 (ages 2 and 4) so yep, I can use all the motivation to not snack on their snacks all day! Although, I've gotten good, just not great :-D

Heres a link to a chocolate lava cake, I got it from a post on here, it is darn good! And 104 cals. http://www.recipebridge.com/g/221/9526938167/single-serve-chocolate-molten-lava-cake Also, I do the fiber 1 brownies, and I also like making smoothies (although when I need something chocolate, a smoothie doesn't cut it!)

I'm usually up and eating about 6:30-7, I've noticed if I eat a little peanut butter with breakfast it keeps me full until lunch (11:30-1ish, depending on when kids get hungry) if I eat oatmeal Im usually hungry about 2 hours after breakfast.

Hello all! My name is Aimee and I'm from Minnesota. I started the 30 day shred a few months back, then it got nice out and I had a few weeks of 5 kids every day, and I stopped doing it. So I have decided to start up again, and make myself do it, even if I have to get up before my kids, or do it at 10 pm. It is only 20…

I like working out at home but only because I have kids, so I can't leave for the gym unless my hubby is home, and then I don't have motivation to want to leave, I always felt guilty taking family time away from them (my hubby works 50- 70 hrs a week, shift work) Even before I had kids, I just never had motivation to have…

way to go! Makes all your hard work seem worth it, when you start to feel difference :)

yep!! I bought a big cup with lid and straw, it also keeps it colder longer, and the last 2 days have actually gotten to the 8 glasses! First time ever I drank so much! And I haven't been snacking as much :)
-
TraTroy, that is a great idea! I usually make myself not get anything else to drink til I drink 6 glasses of water and by then it's bed time. But since I wake up starving I think I will try that. I would normally only drink 2-3 things total in a day!
-
I'm in because I am horrible at 8 glasses a day, and hopefully this will motivate me. Plus I failed at burning 500 calories a day, due to getting the flu! UGH!

are you home? You could always make scrambled eggs? Or salad? do you have tortilla shells? You could melt a little cheese on them and if you have any veggies? You could steam veggies? soup?
-
I woke up sick yesterday (vomiting) so didn't work out yesterday :(

I'm with you! It will be hard, but at least its suppose to be nice this week, so we can go on long walks (as long as I dont have all 5 kids :P although I suppose I burn alot of evergy running after those monkeys! And hopefully my hubby will get the trampoline up! Anyways, about 30ds I have it..and I have one of those…
