Stouffer's Lasagna and Grandma's Chicken and Rice with Vegetables; Hormel's Meatloaf and Roast Beef. There are mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and other items already made. Green Giant Frozen Cream Style Corn is very good. Just watch your portion size.

I looked at yesterdays diary. Sodium too high. Lower sodium intake and you may see a change.

One thing I notice is you r not eating enough. Try this: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack (eat all of your calories). To keep your metabolism going you have to eat.
