A really good snack that I like to eat (and that isn't packaged and processed) are turkey rolls. Cut a cucumber into sticks, and slice a red pepper the long way, then roll it up in a piece of deli cut turkey! If you chopped everything at one time it's ready to go whenever you want it, and it's super simple.

I was talking to a personal trainer who comes in the grocery store that I work at, and she told me that if she was working with me that 1200 would be my goal.

Yeah, you and I are a lot alike. I am 24 years old and I weight 186, and I'm 5'1, so I'm like 60 lbs overweight. If I make it to 125 I then decide if I want to continue, but I don't want to be this heavy ever again.
