I had a goal of 14, and am down only 3....so i stil have 11 to go. I have gained and lost the same 10 lbs a few times. My goal is to get it off and keep it off as well. feel free to add me. Just because it is not a huge number goal to lose, does not make it any easier!

I did the 30 day shred (for about 12 weeks) pretty heavily about a year ago. I had great results and actually had muscle tone, which was new for me. I was amazed to see how much stronger i got each day. It is certainly a journey, but if you stick with it, it gets easier each time. Jillian is tough!

Don't feel too guilty....you may be shy of your original goal, but keep pushing forward. There will be plenty of 5K opertunities throughout the summer, maybe you will be able to do one later on. Set a new goal!
