  • There is a big difference in the pictures! I am so proud of you. The biggest accomplishment is continuing to push yourself when you feel as if nothing is happening. I have been there so many times and have given in, feeling sorry for myself. You are a GREAT inspiration! I can't wait to see day 60 pics =)
  • Congratulations! Very inspirational =)
  • Sarah, as I read your post it almost sounded as if I had written it. We have such similar stories. I have just recently rejoind MFP and I am working hard to lose the weight after having my two children. It is sooo much harder the older I get. You have taken the step to ask people for motivation. Keep up the GREAT work!!!
  • We made it with red velvet and it was delicious :)
  • I know how you feel. I have friends that I go to lunch with and it is so hard to go and not blow your day. I am trying to get better about going and making wiser choices. Once we wrap our head around the fact that WE decide whether we succeed or fail, things will look up. Good luck and try to let your co-worker know that…
  • Ok, so how did you get your ticker on your page? i have tried and tried and all it shows up is the web address for where I made my ticker.
  • yeah, and it is not a pleasant feeling for me =( I will be glad when my body gets over feeling deprived...maybe it's a mental thinig for me????
  • A great website to look up most restaurants is: www.dwlz.com It stands for Dottie's Weight Loss Zone. It is an awesome website if you have never been on it. On the right side of the screen you can scroll down to restaurants and pick the one you want to look up.
  • When I read your post, I felt like I was hearing my story all over again. I am also a teacher. We eat out almost every day during the school year because I am sooo tired and stressed when I leave work. I am making an effort to do better. Good luck when school starts back!
  • I am in. I have always wanted to be able to run but never had the stamina. Maybe starting out this way will help increase my ability to run longer distances without the feeling of passing out =)
  • I have exceeded my goal in only two days. Maybe I should change my goal. I rode 5 miles yesterday and 6 1/2 today. I commit to 20 miles per week instead of 10.
  • I love the cycling challenge. I do not have a bike, but I do have a stationary one. I will commit to 10 miles a week starting out. I also do a boot camp and kick boxing...so, I don't want to overdo it. I'll let you all know if I up my mileage =)
  • My problem with jumping rope is I always have to pee  After having my little boy, nothing is the same!

  • Hey! I am happy to welcome you to MFP! This is a great site that has wonderful people to help motivate you. I too struggle with my weight. I have lost it, gained it, lost it again, and now gained it again. It seems so hard. I know that with a little motivation and will power, we can do this =) Good luck, and I will keep…
