  • are you just going to do a normal balanced diet approach or a particular diet? with your sore back can you exercise? do you take meds and if so do they have side effects? i ask this as i have fibromyalgia and i find a lot of drugs have weight gain side effects, as do anti depressants. I'm sure we'll all puddle along and…
