I just started this program but that's kinda good that it says that you'll be heavier if you log your bad day...hopefully, that would stick in the back of my mind and remind me not to have a bad day because we want that number lower - not higher!

I did the same thing too...just with a different calorie app but the minute you stop tracking that weight just likes to creep back on. Welcome back and feel free to add me (that goes for anyone reading this as well). We can do this!!!!

I try to go at least 4 days a week. I love it. I too have a padded topper for my seat but you can also purchase cycling shorts that help out as well. Yesterday I burned over 500 calories in 45 minutes, my best burn yet! Good luck with it, I'm sure you'll get hooked :)
