i can relate most of your things. . i gave up a lot of those foods too :) lost some good weight since i joined here on jan 3rd ... Feeling healthy and loving it .. . thanks god life is great

This is almost same as WW.... Just better coz u dont have to pay for anything and eat your own food ...

30 mins on elliptical .. almost 7 days ... thats the least ... also some running and walking ... thats about it ..

weight watcher is a life style change ... same is here ... if u followed is properly there you be fine .. they have points .. and u cant go over it .. same here .. u cant go over the calories ... if u do see you are going over ... do some more exercise ... thats what i do ... when i am going over i work out ...

thats the main part ... you are happy ... just stay with it and discipline your life style you will get the result .. eating healthy is not easy .. but its do able ... good luck ... if you feel lost you will get help here ... feel free to add if you like .. TC

never heard that before ... but i am new at this so may be i am wrong ... for me , i workout to burn more calories so i can have more .. just in case i wanna eat something lol ... which havent happened in last 50 days but u never know ... good luck ... feel free to add if you like ... TC
