My opinion - If you are supposed to east around 1200 to lose ( i'm there) then if you exercise and then eat back those calories you are defeating the purpose of exercise. I try to only eat back minimum amount . this way i can not just maintain but actually lose weight. Eating helathy foods is key to success. I must admit…

Currently I am a personnel Coorciinator handling non-certified staff in a small school system. Love my job but really wish i could afford to stay home and be more involved with my husband's ministry. He pastors a church and there is soooo much to do and so rewarding. :happy:

yes i asked my friend who is a Director of Child Nutrition. She uses a paper bag - brown or white the size for sandwiches. Put in about 1/3 cup. fold the opening down 2 times. place in microwave with the fold down. Pop but stand and watch or it will burn

Unfortunately our skin stretches when we gain weight but doesnt shrink if we lose a lot of weight. my issue is toning. I have loose skin but mostly untoned areas. guess I'll need to step up the strength training and exercise. :grumble: :tongue:

It was for me. I walked 5-6 days a week about 30 minutes some days and 45 some days. I lost 20 lbs. in 7 months.
