i have had results. i love her videos because i can pop one in at work during my lunch hour get in 30 minutes and then have 30 minutes to relax or eat a healthy snack. even do it in my office with the door closed sometimes. She makes it seem easy ad not as boring as walking on treadmill .

i am a firm believer we need to keep our body fueled and eating small meals 5 -6 times spread out through the entire day is the best way to do that. prevents sugar spikes and over eating from "starvation" . good look

I find it hardest to lose just a little weight. I encourage exercise - movement- . It is very hard to only eat 1200 calories a day. That is my goal as well so i know. I am southern Baptist and not really into LENT but i do believe in fasting during specific times and for specific reasons. i'm definitely lost. been watching what i eat and trying not to go over 12000 calories per day and exercise 3 -4 times a week. i know i need to exercise longer at a time and more days. but i cant seem to get this weight off like i did 2 eyars ago. i am 52, 5'1" , weigh 141 and have a very sedentary job. What is it with 50? I cant get the weight off . Are you walking or working out? i am not consistent too much going on i guess . We can do this if we just take a day at a time.

I know those 10 lbs seem impossible but a gradual loss is the best make a few change ups every now and then. One day eat all your calories back. then one day stay at 1200 . one day exercise more . do you exercise everyday? take a day off but stay at 1200 calories. Guess that is "tricking" your body. dont be so hard on yourself. It shows you have already lost 75 LBs. if so dont berate yourself over today. just try on lots of clothes tonight and pick our your favorite for tomorrow.
