  • Eat all the calories you are supposed to have each day but choose healthy ones. Take a break for a day or two from exercising but stay on the healthy eating. Change something and see what happens. Your concern has motivated me today.

  • Hey, I can see what you are saying. Let's think of it this way. your body is a temple for your soul and for God's Holy Spirit to dwell in. Just like we want a nice home for our bodies to live in we should want a nice home for our soul and God's Spirit. Try thinking of a lifestyle befitting a King. Besides you'll feel…

  • i read anything by Karen Kingsbury! and Beverly Lewis.
  • I have struggled with diet vs lifestyle for many years. I know have to make conscious decisions before each meal or snack. mayb soem day it will become habit . Hang in there.
  • sounds wonderful cant wait to try it. we are having a fellowship meal next Sunday . think i'll take this for something new.
  • i nhavent tried yet but you couldnt be obese. but your percent of body fat could be high . You should not let this bother you.
  • mayeb you shoudl rethink your new goal. another 10 would put you in the below normal weight range and could cause health issues. I'm 5'1" and 125 and love it. I just want 2 lb less to play with. so i'm trying to maintain, and tone my body ( going to curves is helping)
  • I think it is a pretty common problem. My mom has talked about it. She says it happens with pregnancy and child birth. you might need to check with your Dr. she thinks she needs a "bladder" tack . ?
  • way to go. especially jeans . I can never find jeans that fit hopefully the workouts i'm doing at curves will help me tone enough to fit into jeans the way i want to.
  • great job. I measure tomorrow cant wait to see. Keep it up

  • keep it up. Here at my office we have food around all the time - lots of sweets! some days i just cant resist but others i pass it on by. and feel really good when i do. It helps that some coworkers look to me for encouragement! - goota live up to their standards - that encourages me.
  • stay away from sugar sweetened ones like frosted mini wheats even though they have fiber. plain that you can add nuts or fruit to are best. Good ole corn flakes or bran flakes are my favorite.
