Of course not....you might not be able to do the whole workout at first, but keep trying! One day you will be able to do the whole workout....imagine how good that will feel! I say try it! Good Luck !

Baby carrot, raw peppers, and flatbread chips are so good with hummus, also ...roasted garlic hummus is my favorite, followed by plain. i usually cut a bunch of veggies and keep a platter in the fridge for snacking....yummy!

Sounds great...My son's 4th birthday is on St.Patrick's Day! A good time to lose a few to get outta sweats and maternity pants!! ( I had my youngest on New Years Day this year, had a c-section, so I need to lose a few more so that the waist band on any pants don't hurt me anymore...lol))
