The issue with eating such a low number of calories is that your metabolism can slow down as your body goes into "starvation mode". I go for a bowl of porridge (with a tsp of black treacle) or a multigrain bagel with 2 poached eggs. Keeps hunger locked up 'til 12pm most days :)
