LOL, I do the flirty girl fitness. So unfortunately I paid the membership. I wasn't the exerciser before this so it really does help me work it out haha. The dvds appear to progress each month. However, I'm still at the first one because it took me months to finally use it.

I haven't eaten it since I started eating better. However, I would look up stuff that I previously ate. My shocked moment was with the Portillo's Chicken Ceasar Salad= 1200 calories. Even their hamburger, cheese fries, and italian beef were fewer calories.

I agree^^^ I use to be one of those skinny people that ate anything and everything and never gained a pound... Then my 20's slapped me in the face. However, back then I wasn't very healthy, would most likely cough up a hairball climbing stairs.

If I'm doing something like sit-ups or jump rope, where I'm counting and find it's getting hard I count by lower numbers. Like if I'm going strong at a set of 50 jumps for jump rope and begin to dwindle down, I go by 10's until I reach 50 instead of counting through 50 completely. Hopefully that made sense. lol
