I'm using 3 pounds because that's what I have around the house. I wish I had heaver weights for some of the moves, but it's something.

If you go on youtube, they have the first level on there. I'm using that for now until I get my DVD.

Yesterday I did the first day (I know I'm a little ahead, I won't be doing it everyday though). My goodness am I sore!!! I was planning on doing it again today and taking a break Monday. Now I'm wondering if I can do it today though.

I love my food scale! I learned alot more about serving sizes that way.

I'd go with the blue skirt, with the heels. Show off those legs! Whatever you do don't use the boots. If you go with the dress do it without the jacket.

To this day I still have no idea who altered the spreadsheet to do the tabs because I had no idea about them being there. I kept going with it but I know I had plenty of how do I questions about it. Yes. Some people eat their exercise calories, some don't and some eat some of them back. You just have to find what works for you. Good luck!
