Try stocking up on healthy snacks that don't need to be in the fridge. Also can you get a lunch pack that can hold those ice things in it to keep your food cold?

I'm set at 1200. Before I usually exercised for about an hour or hour and a half, six to five days a week. I ate some of my exercise calories back or all if I was still hungry. Now I exercise about a half hour for 3 or 4 days. I only lowered it because I messed up both of my ankles and had bronchitis. I'm not 100% better…

My initial goal weight is 115-110. I'm at 119 right now and will decide when I get to 115 if I want to go further. A part of me thinks so but then... I may lose even more weight in places I don't want to lose! lol
