I too have trouble with the stretches. It wasn't until I started doing EA Active 2 that I learned some good stretches and how long to hold them. ^^^^FGF I've done that too! I also am doing the wii EA Active 2. I've found some good stuff on youtube also. I've done belly dancing from videos on youtube.
