Hi Ashley. I tend to do the same. So instead of getting to that first 10, get past the first 12 and then make a new goal. Change it up and no matter what, stick with it. My slump is right around 3pm! So I totally get what you're saying! I have to plan my meals and make sure I have a good, healthy snack at that time.
