  • I weigh myself daily but I only log my weight once a week. I only remember my weekly weights so as long as I weigh less than I did the previous Tuesday morning I consider the week a success. the scale used to bother me quite a bit but now even if its up one day or two even im not discouraged.
  • what about a tummy tuck? just pick the spot that bothers you the most and go with that, if you can afford the others later then do it then. it would make recovery easier and would give your body a chance to adjust as well.
  • You can make crisp lettuce slightly soft to wrap by heating it. Or make sure the mixture is bubbly hot when you scoop it on and wait a few minutes and then try to wrap :)
