This is a very interesting topic to read. I struggle with reaching enough calories most days. But after reading these replies I think I might need to raise my daily goal and work harder at fueling myself.

I'm on day 9 of Level 1. Going to try Level 2 next week! A little nervous about it! But I look forward to seeing my progress and ability increase! It's good to know others are working through the 30DS too!

I had problems with my knees hurting when I first started 30DS. But as some other people have already mentioned the important thing is to keep your heart rate up. So I just did what I could and substituted the rest of the time with moves I could do. With time my knees hurt less and now I have no problem!
