I eat over 1600 everyday I'm still losing. Albeit more slowly since I'm close to goal I would be ravenous eating any less!

Ive also lost 40 lbs since January. I feel the same. I lift heavy and eat well but I feel like my overall bodyfat percentage looks even worse on me now that I weigh less. Its depressing. I have no advice but I understand
-
you look wonderful! Great job!!!
-
I'm so sorry. I know how you feel I have the same problem. Everyone is going to tell you to lift heavy which is wonderful advice. Unfortunately I lift heavy and have yet to see tummy improvement ): don't give up though!!! I wont either!

None of the women in this thread are ugly, but there definitely are some hideous tattoos. I wish people would research their artist for even a millisecond. My gut is unattractive I cover it up, it SHOCKS mr how people proudly show off their cheap ugly tattoos.

I wouldn't self diagnose. Get a second and third opinion. But if many doctors tell you you don't have it rejoice! That would be wonderful news!

Honestly if you don't like, and get bored with it, don't do it! Find a workout you love and you will finish it! Maybe try another workout video, or just freestyle some workouts on your own! Ps I finished the shred but I really enjoyed it, the days I didn't feel like working out I would just tell myself "it's only 20min,…

Finally someone with some sense! Way to tell it like it is! So refreshing!

Something is absolutely better than nothing! I think many people's motivation goes through ebbs and flows. Ups and downs. Be proud of yourself!

Great shoulders!!! Definite change!!

I'm curious as to why you think counting points will be easier than counting calories? Do you have mfp phone app? It makes counting calories effortless! You can scan barcodes, look up a variety of foods in the huge database, and save your favorite meals and their nutritional content. I understand weight watchers is pretty…

^this! Lift some weights! My body TRANSFORMED weight training. Break out of your comfort zone, I think you'll be so happy you did

No diets, exercise and count calories. It's not what you want to hear, but tough luck. No more excuses, just try it.

Eat at maintenance for 2 weeks, drop back into a deficit , and you will lose again. Sure fire.

I'm struggling with this terribly right now ): even my pictures show such little change after 34lbs I wanna quit. The scale has stopped moving and I'm sad. Ugh first world problem though. I should be grateful

I just want to thank everyone for your replies. It means so much. You've improved my spirits immensely. Please know you've all helped someone tonight. Sincerely thanks
-
thank you for your support! Please take my advice and take a million before pics at a million different angles! Lil I regret not doing so because my brain is still plus sized and I'm having incredible difficulty seeing change when I look into the mirror! I think the transition would have been easier with photos! Bug I…

Ok first things first. Ive encountered 2 plateaus. My success in breaking them was by eating at maintenance calories for 1 or 2 weeks and starting heavy lifting. I mixed it up with cardio. Fell in love with weightlifting then dropped back into s deficit after those two weeks. Both times I lost 4-6 lbs immediately. So…

Get on a birth control that treats acne. Works fabulously for me

ITT regretful artist choices

I'm also hovering around 150 after a 34lb loss. The 140s are eluding me, I heavy lift 3-4 days a week with light yoga and cardio in between. So I'm bumping for wisdom (:
-
Bump Im curios too!
-
You're my twin! Haha only our starting weights are different (:I'm really struggling to get into the 140s!!!

Absolutely you must eat more on lifting days. I would also suggest a recovery protein shake for after your workouts. As helloitsdan said I would agree yo resetting your macros to 40c 30p and 30f. But if you're like me and struggle to keep your protein levels up from food alone-protein shakes have been a godsend to my…

Heavy lifting will be too exhausting and virtually useless on 1000-1200 calories. I ate at my maintenance calories for 4 weeks upon brgining my heavy lifting experience. In those 4 weeks I lost 3lbs but shrunk an ENTIRE pants size. I went from a tight 10 to a comfortable 8 in those few short weeks. In my opinion you should…
