Honey if upping your net to 1200 is scarey you would fall over in fright to see me netting upwards of 2000! But I've never plateaued and have lost 32lbs in 4 months (: which is an average loss of 1.7 lbs a week! Eat! Good luck!

I eat my yoga calories back, which aren't many anyway. But I follow the new rules of weightlifting so my calories have lifting factored in already (: I've done almost no real cardio this month, only lifting and yoga to keep me flexible

My belly looks the EXACT same way! Ive had zero luck losing or tightening it during my 32lb loss. I have 17lbs to go so hopefully I see change eventually :( I began heavy lifting this month as well soo here's to hoping I guess!

I've lost 32lbs in under 4 months eating at LEAST 1650 calories everyday. I was never hungry, and I've maintained quite a bit of my lean mass. You can eat and lose! I'm not overly active either, a hairdresser by day and I average 30min of exercise and weightlifting 3-5 days a week :)

My pet peeve on mfp is when users start these controversial threads, that require the creator to partake in the discussion. And elaborate on details.....but they never respond, and then there's this thread of people arguing over details that don't exist because the poster dipped. Just venting, sorry.

I'm on seasonale and I haven't had an issues. Maybe it's a coincidence and have just naturally plateaued? And as another poster suggested you may just need a little time to adjust to the new hormone levels? Btw this pill made my skin beautiful! Switch to maintenance calories. Switch up your workout by turning it into high intensity intervals. And start heavy lifting. Give all these things one month. Drop your calories by 350 at then end of the end of said month and PROFIT! You should begin losing again
