1500 a day is not too much, please just eat st your bmr. You do not have to subject yourself to the 1200 club to lose! I lost my infant daughter to SIDS, she was 23 days old. I'm so sorry for your loss, be easy on yourself, be patient. Good luck

I'm of the all things in moderation school of thought. Have a sugar free jello with whipped cream or even a skinny cow frozen treat. I save 100 calories every night for a sweet treat and have lost 20lbs in two months.

Definitely this ^ I've never ever known a man who appreciated feeling controlled. And desperate and clingy and weepy is unattractive, you said it seems like he hates you! If that isn't an indicator is totally, irrevocably forever over, then I don't know what is

Eat your BMR and exercise calories then PROFIT! I lost 20 lbs in two months on1500 calories a day, spike days and eating half of my exercise calories. But that's just my humble experience, I'm still a noob.

Can I add one? A pound is a pound is a pound. A pound of feathers weighs the same as a pound if bricks! Muscle does not weigh more than fat!!!

A lb of feathers weighs the same as a lb of bricks. Muscle is just tighter and more attractive looking than fat. But a lb is a lb is a lb. muscle doesn't weigh more. It just takes up less space.

I have lost 19.5 lbs since January first of this year on a 1500 calorie a day diet AND a spike day once a week, every week since I started. Granted I exercise extra on those spike days, but I am usually still over on my net calories. But works for me would probably be atrocious to others. Haha I could never be a 1200…

In my terribly humble opinion, people with hundreds, even thousands of "friends" on social networking sites have very few, real life friends. People that you call and text on a daily or weekly basis. I love the resource that is this site but I have so many real life friends, an amazing boyfriend, clients I have to keep…

ThiS seems too complicated to be healthy, maybe you could broaden your horizons and continue to date others. It's very nice of him to loan you money but I genuinely feel that men tend to be far less complicated than women, if he loves you and wants to settle down he would. If he hasn't it's because that's not what he…

I'm a cosMetologist and what I would suggest us shampooing with a CLARIFY shampoo several times to fade out the red. Fortunately for you colors deposited on the already lightened hair rarely hold very well and fade fast. I would HIGHLY recommend calling the salon who flubbed your hair and asking the manager to remedy it,…

I'm the same way, my life centers around my calories. I have no advice, but I'm right there with you

I don't think you got the joke. She was blaming "little debbie" the company that makes delicious fattening sweets

I would suggest more fresh foods, veggies and fruits. I would even add a glass of fresh non fat organic milk to your dinner everynight. The calcium and healthy fats are good for you!

Sugar free pudding fudgscicles and creamsicles! Delicious!

Add some cheese or light/ fat free veggie dip!

Never use a tanning bed! I recently read an article comparing the risk of cancer to be as great as smoking. Victoria's secret makes a really nice spray tan and tan lotion. Experiment. It washes off after all!

Honestly, he's not that into you, it's cliche and NOT your fault you can do better. 10 years in friendship limbo you deserve more

My tattoo is my back piece, a tarot card Symbolizing passion, rebirth, new beginnings. It's my profile pic actually but quite far from done

If you're eating 1200 calories a day but you're working out hard core.. how could your metabolism possibly slow down? I eat LESS than 1200 calories a day and NEVER eat back my work out calories and I've lost A LOT of weight. Ever seen a fat anorexic person? Didn't think so. [/quote] Anorexia is bad, just so you know...

Oatmeal for breakfast! It's made me able to dramatically drop my lunch calorie intake. Keeps you very full.
