totally depends on body shape and size. I am most comfortable at 112 but can carry up to 120 looking ok. At 120 I look lest fit and more bulky

I hit the gym before work. Hit the bed by 9:00 and up at 3:15 AM to go to the gym. I am lucky to have my husband who stays home while our son sleeps. That way I get in my workout and dont miss a second with my son because hes sleeping!

Here is how I do it: 3:15 AM Up and Attum 3:30-5:30 Gym 5:30 Shower 6:30-3:00 Work 3:30 pick up my son 3:30-7:00play/dinner/laundry 7:30 Bath/Bed 8:30 My bedtime 8:45-3:15 Sleep I pack my lunch the night before, pack my clothes and lay out my gym clothes, shoes, watch, HRM and set the coffee pot to turn on at 3. I get up at 3 to go to the gym so all tha tI do is brush my teeth. I once had a guy say to me " Its like a before and after" since he sees me when I first get to the gym and then after I shower and get ready!

I agree with you but, everyone has what their body is used to so they may, for their body, feel "fat." I am 5'4 and right now am 123, I am used to being 110-112, just they way I am built. So I know I am not "Fat" compared to others but compared to my norm I am far from where I want to be/usually am... make sense?

Yes! Before I was using my HRM MFP was calculating my burn at 100 cals per minute when it was truly only 70. So for a 10 mile run MFP had me at 1000 cals burned ( so needing 2100 calories) when truly the burn was 700 (as tracked by my HRM) add that up over a week and it is an extra 2000 calories not burned that I thought…

Start by doing walk/run intervals. Walk for 5 minutes, jog for 2, walk for 5, jog for 2. Keep lessening the walk time and upping the jog time. You can do it!

110-112, where I have been most comfortable my whole life. 115 if it is all muscle
