I almost always eat left overs for lunch the next day. Also, to help resist going back, I use MFP food calculator almost immediately. This reinforces the number of calories I just put in my body. Then LOTS of water. Brushing your teeth is good if you simply can't resist, but that would ruin my evening herbal tea.

It feels fantastic. So far I really love this site. It has really made keeping track easy. For instance, tonight, instead of going to the gym, I've got some serious house cleaning to do and I can keep track of how many calories that will burn in order to still stay within my calories and still lose weight. Not to be gross....but...how much fiber are you eating? Perhaps you should be more concerned with what may not be coming out of you....you're going pretty high protein it sounds like. You may consider adding activia yogurt to your high protein diet.
