I am new and totally ready for this. Put me down for 100 miles! It will be a combination of elliptical and bike.

If you have to go to the gym, walk slowly and that is it. You will be surprised how tired you will be in a really short period of time. I donate blood and platelets on a pretty regular basis and your body needs the time off.

I played just dance with my wife, daughter and in-laws and got sweaty long before i got winded. I danced about 10 songs before i finally skipped one.
