I LOVE chips and dip, any kind, any flavor and that has been very hard to give up. I found Pretzel Crisps to substitute for chips, they are salty enough to satisfy, then for dip my favorite replacement is Athenos Spicy Three Pepper Hummus. It has enough flavor to it to make you feel like you are eating something forbidden.
