I have what I call a "super arch" and I found Orthaheel shoes that have a really high arch to help support my feet. I also wear Saucony shoes with a pronate bar (arch support) for my workouts. Hope this helps.

Try eating less more often. Like 5 meals a day versus 3. It is definitely important to get your calories, but I can totally understand not being hungry sometimes. Sounds like you are off to an awesome start, keep it up!
