LOL, I too have chocolate in my diet, I can't stop... Anyway, as long as your tracking what you eat and being mostly healthy, some treats should be OK. I'm obviously not an expert but it worked for me while I was doing the shred (had to quit at week 3 for a shoulder problem). Good luck!

I like Panera Bread, lots of good choices if your smart about it, just stick to the salads and soups - most sandwiches have higher calories. Plus they list the calories on the menu so it makes selecting a smart choice easy.

Nice!! A great inspiration too! I had the same starting weight but getting to 145 was a struggle, and 135 is sure to be a struggle too. Thanks for the extra motivation!!

Agree!! I don't let him touch the dishes, but he does take out the trash instead. I also got tired of doing his half of the cleaning, so I hired a cleaning company. Best decision ever!!

I went to see Letterman about 15 years ago and got front row seats. For some reason they handed out ears of corn to the audience. Since we were all college students, Letterman kept referring to us as "the Youth of America" and showing us on camera waving our corn...

I want to get out of the 150s!! SW: 151 GW: 146 Goal: be able to do situps and elliptical again, if the physical therapist allows and get my diet under control. No more binging on snack foods and sweets!!

Same here, I was skin and bones as a child. Ate anything I wanted until my mid-twenties. Then it started slowly packing on until the last few years where it packed a little quicker. We like to call it the newly-wed spread that kept on spreading...

I love to bake too! Actually the cupcakes are in the oven now... I need to practice before I take these to a party, so my coworkers will be the lucky recipients so i don't eat them all! Angel food cake is always a good option. Plus you can make good cookies with the angel food cake mix as well. Just don't make agave nectar…

How about engineers?? I have a master's in environmental engineering, although I should have been an English major given the number of reports I write/review! The places I've worked have had a lot of female engineers/scientists but college was mostly men.
