I've had the fitbit aria scale for a few years and have no problems with it. Like that it automatically syncs with my apps.

Hi, I'm D. I had a baby in May 2017 and currently weigh the same I did a year ago. The baby weight never came off and just keeps adding up. I have no will power and am a bottomless-pit, so I just keep eating. And to make matters worse I have a sweet tooth and a sedentary job. I've been on MFP for years, but really need to…

Hi moms! I'm 3 weeks pp and trying to breastfeed but we're struggling a bit so it would be great to share with others. Feel free to add me. I've got about 10 lbs to lose to pre-pregnancy weight of 145 but would love to get to 135; I'm ok with a higher number if my muscle tone increases. Just want my old pants to fit!!
-
@Hurricane_C Yup, it's my first!! I still haven't washed the clothes I got at the consignment shops this weekend, so it's a good thing normal clothes still work this week. Surprisingly it's the low-rise skinny jeans that still fit. Just checked my tracker and I'm up 6.4 lbs in the last month and 3.2 this week. Think the…

Just started week 20 and had to buy a 'belly band' since my pants were getting tight. My goal was to make it halfway in 'normal' clothes, so I'm OK upsizing to maternity pants now. Kept laughing in the dressing room since the elastic waistband that goes over the belly still feels foreign. Still need to find some nice…

Yup, I popped too. Hubby has noticed for a while but a coworker noticed too. But for those that don't know, I'm sure I just look 'chubby.' My weight has been maintaining but I think that's since I'm losing muscle mass from not exercising cause I definitely getting 'rounder'... I find it funny that my skinny jeans still fit…

I'm May 25th! So ten weeks today. Excited but it's still not totally settling in until it's officially 'public'...

Agree, just go slow and keep the mileage down (and of course, ask your doctor). If anything I'd avoid HIIT and stick to the slow and steady running. I was told to keep my HR down and avoid anything jarring or intense, but I don't have the energy for much so I'm down to a mile or two with walking. Hoping I get my energy…

Not June, but so close it could end up June! May 25th here for our first! Most symptoms are food aversions & fatigue. No cooked veggies and now meat is yucky. I just want CARBS!!
-
Hi! I'm 8 weeks today! yesterday and today my appetite has improved but prior to that I just wasn't hungry. I've actually lost 2 pounds, but that's within my normal swing, so I'm considering it maintenance. Cooked vegetables are my aversion right now and SMELLS! I'm trying to keep up with exercising but managing only short…

Bump... I Like Yoga Works online, but it's a fee to view...

I'm in!! I haven't made it past day 10 in the past so I may need to vary the workouts instead of doing one for multiple days in a row...

I had the same problem, so I just turned off the notifications to my timeline. Now if I want to add a loss, I just enter it myself as a status. So much easier than the yo-yo since I weigh daily to see my trends...

I'm similar, and it's tough when it's only a few pounds. Unfortunately the number on the scale keeps going up instead of down. Exercising just turns me into a bottomless-pit! 5'7" 38, desk job SW 160ish (stopped looking at scale) CW 152 GW 140

I agree that the first step is to see a good podiatrist. At my first visit, he gave me this boot to sleep in, world of difference day one! You can get a boot or sock online as well, but I think the one from the doctor is a little stronger since it has a metal support. Before the boot, I was gripping the wall in pain with…

Well, the obvious answer is that she barfs all the time... But she is crazy, ever since she went through the window screen to get away from my parents cat.. She only likes me which is fine cause the husband hates her. She constantly meows which sounds more like a duck and likes to go out in the rain. Dumb cat, but I love…

Mmmm, SUGAR!! I'm definitely addicted. I blame my father for sharing his love of sweets with me and never being able to stop at a gas station without buying a tastykake, so share with me of course. My sugar problem is compounded by my hobby of baking. I don't buy cookies anymore, but when I crave them I just make them... I…

Love baking!! I bring food to work, but wish I had another outlet so I could bake more. I may start sending cookies to starving college students I know... If i keep it in the house, hubby and I will definitely eat it!

Laser hair removal on my legs! So nice to not have to shave, ever again!! Already did the underarms so I know it will be worth the pain...

Oh my sweet tooth gets me in trouble! I try not to buy the sweets so I don't eat them, but the problem is I love to BAKE! Feel free to add me too!
