I agree, I think I consciously think about food more when I log but when I'm not logging I'm still thinking about food it just isn't as obvious - which is much worse. I'm just coming back from taking an extended break from logging and boy did it catch up with me. I'm not sure there is really anything to be done about it…

Hey Leeah, I'm in the exact same situation! I joined MFP a few years ago and lost a bunch of weight and have now put some of that weight back on. I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 140lbs and want to get back down into the 120s. I did a lot of cardio and want to incorporate a lot more lifting this time around. Good luck!!!

I did most of weeks one and two on the treadmill. Don't worry about getting on a treadmill - most of them are really simple to operate and have up and down buttons so if you're going to fast or too slow it's easy to adjust.
