Hi. I'm 5'5'ish and 120lbs. Looking to lose about 8 more. I'm not really set on that weight but just wanting to fit back into my pre- pregnancy clothes from 8- 9 years ago. I have been on MFP since Jan and have lost 10 lbs. I have pretty much done this on my own with no friends on MFP. I would like a few encouragers who…

Would it be a good video for someone who has never done yoga before?

Completed! I just stumbled across this this evening. I would love a daily challenge. So I will try to keep an eye out. What is the best way to find them daily? Thanks

I have her original set (mile 1, 2 and 3) back when they were on VHS! I enjoy them. I purchased one that was 5 miles but it was broken into 5 1-mile sessions which I did not care much about. But her encouragement and positive attitude is wonderful. Enjoy walking inside during nap times.

I'm 5'4 and 119. I have always worn med. but I do find that the full cuts are too baggy for me. Just go and look around at the different styles and hopefully you will find something that works for you.

My daughter has the same problem and the Dr told us that stomach exercises help also. He suggested Miralax but we have not tried that yet.

When we eat at my MIL's, I guesstimate. I have a pretty good idea what she uses and I usually am helping in the kitchen. Also I try to make the best choices I can- go light on the mac n cheese, eat smaller portions if going to have a special dessert, skip the rolls, things like that. Don't overly sweat the issue, just…

As a single income family with 3 children, I find coupons and sells are a must! Stock up on things when they are on sell. For example, last week my margarine was BOGO and I had coupons that doubled. I was able to buy stick margarine for less than $0.60. Like others have said, buy your local produce and then can or freeze…

My weight loss goal is not as high as some on here. My goal is to loss 18 lbs, so far I have lost 9 since January. To some that may seem horrible, but I am pleased with it. Once I realized the 1230 calorie diet was not what my body needed, I have had slow but consistent results. 30DS was a helpful tool to increase my…

I agree that you really should look at the labels. The other day I was buying cream cheese. The 1/3 less version had 3 ingredients, whereas the fat-free version had a long list. Just watch the labels. In order to make products stable at lot of chemicals are sometimes added- as in the cream cheese example.

I am on level 1 day 9. My most improvement has been my legs. My calves were getting toned before, however, know they are very nice. But I am the most happy with my thighs- must be from the lunges and squats. My abs were in decent shape, but I am seeing slight improvement there also. The biggest thing is my endurance and I…
