get a low sodium cottage cheese....you may not enjoy the taste as much because it definitely lacks some of the flavour that regular cottage cheese has but it still tastes good and it's so much better for you!

awesome story! thanks for sharing! I workout quite vigorously and often, which leads to an abundance of extra calories allowed. I often find it difficult to consume that many calories in a day. your story will help me to remember that it is important to make more of an effort! cheers!

make some crustless quiches....load them with tons of veggies! make them in the aluminum pie pans and freeze them. Then you'd have a stock of quick easy meals you can just take out of the freezer and throw in the oven!
