  • Along with Cytherea's idea, I take a box of really chocolately cake mix or brownie mix & mix with full smaller can or half a large can of pumpkin. Taste like a chocolate gingerbread, but VERY moist!

  • I usually have a combination of string cheese, greek yogurt, oranges, & bacon (I buy the Walmart brand hickory smoked, 2 slices = 90 calories), which I precook the night before.
  • Another binger here! Although I am proud to say that I haven't binged since I started my journey in Jan :) Sometimes it's really hard, but i've earned to think twice or thrice about what i'm doing.
