I didn't read through all of the posts to see if anyone has already said this, nor do I know your water drinking habits, but drinking plenty of water really helps the muscles recover much more quickly. Good luck to you!

I like to have Morning Star Farms or Boca veggie meats on hand. They come in handy if you need to increase your protein and don't have a lot of time for food preparation. Some of them just don't have high enough protein value to be worth it...be mindful of that! :)

I've heard that it's best to drink half of your body weight in ounces. So...if you're 100 pounds you need to consume at least 50 ounces of water. Water is so good for us! When I consistently drink enough water, I always have better weight loss experience. :) Good luck to you!

I agree that you need to consume more to make sure your body has enough to recover from the exercise. You don't have to eat all of the earned calories...just try to net at least 1200. Don't let your body get into a rut, change things up on it from time to time! :) Be mindful of the fats in your diet, too. See if that…
