Normally I'm pretty good at going but if I think I'm having trouble I also try upping the amount of berries and soft fruit I'm eating. I find they help you go pretty thoroughly!

110 sounds like a good goal! I'm 5'1" and I've made my goal 125. Remember it also depends on body type, I tend to run athletic/muscular when I work out so I'm keeping an eye on my fat % and waist diameter/ratio also. Good luck! Hit me up if you want another cheerleader!

If you're thirsty - drink. If you're not sure if you're hungry - have a small drink see how you feel. Just listen to your body. Some days I drink only 3 classes, some days I drink 6-8 plus my morning tea. It just depends on the day.

i count my cooking when I'm doing a catering job. I'm standing preping/cooking for 2 hours or more than lifting/serving/etc., which is above and beyond my normal day job of desk jockey. But day to day cooking/cleaning? forget it.

just make it a good piece! one good piece of chocolate goes way farther in satisfaction then a crap piece. i tend to go for the 3.95 bars at godiva, then i eat one piece and i'm good to go.

Man I'm right there with you! There were times when I thought, oh man this is gonna suck! But at least it has taught me and my beau how to have a good time without breaking the bank everytime (caloric and $$)

omg these are awesome! i could never figure out what one 1oz of cheese was. But back on topic - try wild rice too! different flavor/texture than brown. Barilla and Rotini have good whole wheat pastas. Also try couscous or quinoa. Different tastes, mix and match by adding variety sometimes you can have teh "bad" stuff too!

I swapped in some flavorful tea (which ofte requires no sweetener) for some of my coffee (and soda) and make sure I get enough water and sleep. This has practically reduced my coffee to none. I did not have a c-section but I've had three low ab/pelvic surgeries and the one was more than 10 years ago and i still haven't gotten rid of that overhang. It's like my one big scar is indented. If you find something, good luck and let me know!

I do this too. Its a motivator for me to get out and do some exercise so I "earn" my extras. On the weekends I usually go for a strenuous hike so I can have a beer or two that evening!
