Try increasing your calories by 100-200 per day on the days you work out. I hit a plateau and my trainer had me increase my calories...worked like a charm.

You could always put on music and dance....burns a lot of calories and your girls might have lots of fun!

Congrats on your weight loss so far. Losing slowly is better. I took a look at your diary for March and a couple of suggestions would be to increase your protein and try to keep your sugar below 50g if possible. If the majority of it is from fresh fruits, then you could go over a little. Also try to keep your sodium below…

Once you've scanned the item in, go to diary and adjust the serving size. I do it all the time. Like the OP said, you need to make sure the item scanned in correctly, but it's a great feature.
