You have to also consider strength training, lifting weights. Cardio is good for the heart but building your muscles will help you lose weight faster. Now, you may gain weight first due to the muscle gain, but you will eventually lose the weight and more because of the increase of your muscles.

Well, I was trying to find a different way to say I need to loose weight, and 29 was my age
