That's true. However, the OP was regarding catty females, then the post which this particular convo started was based on a catty female. I still, with reason, thought that the conversation was about females. But I could have misunderstood the comment as well.

wow....ummm.. it sounds to me like both your HR departments are in need of serious help. It has nothing to do with being women... it has to do with work ethic and personality traits... perhaps future interviews should be more comprehensive. I think the fines to these irresponsible pet owners should be HUGE! Perhaps is they spent big bucks on the fines they would seriously consider a leash or somehow resolving THERE issue.

I think it can take a toll, but completely ruin a marriage.... no. I personally expect my husband to stick by me if I "let myself go" until I can "pick myself back up" and I would absolutely do the same. There is no way I would leave my best friend and husband because he's put on some pounds.

I completely agree with you digitalbill. It's not about whether or not I (being female) am capable of doing these things; I can. I am able. But when my husbands around... I better not be changing the oil in my car. That's just my opinion though.
