This is fast and simple. 1/2 cup Allbran, 1/2 Cup Almond Milk, top with whatever you want. I use almonds, blueberries or banana, sometimes all 3.

Tough to get by without at least 20 ounces in the morning and occasionally a cup during the day. A bold, kick you in the *kitten* dark roast, served up black. Too much before bed isn;t good though, will disrupt your sleep patterns...don't ask me how I know. Thus the reason they invented decaf...I reckon.

Flirting with Disaster

Definitely trying this, and love the Hot Sauce. The only downside I see is all that Hot Sauce, huge amounts of Sodium, but probably not an issue as most of it is leftover and dicarded. One of the biggest changes I made which (I think) had an impact, is to change drinking habits also, not just what you eat. I try to keep it now to water, black coffee, unsweetened iced tea, and the 'occasional' beer....or two. Not sure what you currently do, but I think slowly taking the sugars ot of the drinks in my diet…

I'm add-able if you want, just about where i need to be weight-wise which means I will be in Strength and Maintenance soon. Probably will eat more in that phase. :P

I have intentionally stationary cycled in stages by calorie increment and added them to mfp one by one on the same day to identify how each of the categories is impacted by each additional effort. I have a better day when I can trust that I can claw back what I overate for the day. :P

Bought a handful of late season tix for September, some on Dollar Dog Night. I've already designated that as a rare cheat day. Hehe.
