6'5'' here. Highest was 450 At <340 right now(no scale atm) Another 60pounds to go. Sitting at 26% bodyfat. Goal is 250lbs @ 10% bodyfat :) I'm still growing though haha, I grew an inch in the past year.

start walking, do something You build into running. Walk 1/4 mile for a week, 1/2 mile for a week, 1 mile. Build progress.

Please do not listen to this person. Your body does not go into starvation mode unless you're not meeting your requirements for nutrition which is generally less then 800-1200 calories depending on your exercise level.

How much exactly did you gain? Are you precise with your calories? If so, it's just water weight. Pay attention to your sodium intake, probably water retention.
