My parents built terrible habits I've had to destroy over the past 7 or so years. Don't be afraid to lay down the law on food. Enroll him in sports and have him reduce all soda/gatorade. Encourage water and give diet soda as a treat. (3x/week max!) This isn't impossible and THANK YOU for looking out for him now. I'm happy…

Great, I do weigh-ins Monday night so this is perfect. Started at 475lbs or 215kg 8/26 312.4lbs or 141.7kgs Currently at 26.9% bodyfat. I'm 6'5'' and 19 y/o. Goal is to hit 250lbs, 12% bodyfat or 113kg

I have a total of 225 to lose. I'm at 325 right now. Highest ever was 475 As long as you're trying, no matter if for 5 pounds or 500lbs, you're a champ.

I'm 19, so I guess age has helped a lot but my max weight was over 475. I didn't start my journey until around 450. What I found works for me is sticking to a calorie limit. Don't limit yourself with foods but go with the healthier option overall. Let's say we're at Burger King. Don't choose the whopper, go for the BBQ…

What's your height/weight? Are your current photos, recent? You are no where near 18% bodyfat. From what your photos look like, it's around 30% bodyfat. I'm at 25% bodyfat sitting at 328 right now, but I'm 6'5'' with a substantial amount of muscle mass.

MFP tells me to eat around 3000 calories a day. I stick to 2000 max. So if you're around there, not much to worry about. Just eat a minimum of 1500 calories a day.
