      Amazing results! !! My 13 year old is 159 and his weight going up like that is my biggest fear. Is there anything different your parentscould hhave done to prevent it from being a big weight problem. Again.. awesome work.

      My parents built terrible habits I've had to destroy over the past 7 or so years.

      Don't be afraid to lay down the law on food. Enroll him in sports and have him reduce all soda/gatorade. Encourage water and give diet soda as a treat. (3x/week max!)

      This isn't impossible and THANK YOU for looking out for him now. I'm happy he has someone that is looking out.
