RIGHT? I had that same reaction at a family gathering years ago. I was extremely fit at the time. My cousins didn't want to hear that I worked out and logged my food. Yeah, no magic pill, y'all.

I don't think it's a percentage for muscle mass :) I'm 5'1" and I think my lean muscle mass is somewhere in the mid to upper 90's.

I seem to be prone to sinus infections and the like, so my doctor suggested that I get it. I got it last year, and no major issues. I'd rather take time off for vacation, not because I'm trying to cosplay Pestilence from "Supernatural" :laugh:

Oof. I'm around 5'1", and at 105 I'd be too skinny. I have a pretty small frame. Even at my most fit, the lowest I got was 108, but I was pretty much solid muscle. But to each her own.

This was me over the weekend. I ate fairly well over the week, but when the weekend hit, we had a wedding to attend. I did tear it up on the dance floor, and ate fairly moderately the next day, but it still had a pretty high sodium content, and I had another alcoholic beverage. ^^ This. I have a water bottle with the measurements printed on the side. It holds 24 oz, so I try to drink at least two during the work day. I usually drink 1/2 to another bottle while working out, and at least another 2 cups with dinner. I also drink tea and coffee.

I'm 5'1" (on a good day as well) and have under 30 to lose. Definitely incorporate weight lifting and use the TDEE calculator to help with caloric/macro needs. If you're looking to lose your tummy, definitely pick things up/put them down and take a look at your diet. Diet = what you eat.

RE: You "Need" 3196 - is that just to maintain, OR to lose weight? When I went to that site, it said I need 2098 calories. That is probably to maintain my current weight.
