I know exactly what your going through! I have found that snacking twice and eating a breakfast that fills me up works great for me. Also instead of slim fast shakes I make smoothies which have fewer calories and fill me up longer. Friend request me if you need recipes.

It's funny to say you are happy for all the sunshine, I live in New Mexico and we are getting ready to have snow and that makes me excited. Also congrats on getting the yard work done, it makes me motivated to do some here since we usually have good wheather!

If you go to FOODNETWORK.COM and look for soups from Giada DeLaurentiis, hers are very healthy. A couple of my favorites are Chicken and Artichoke Spezzatino and Beef and Butternut Squash Stew with sundried tomatoes. Also try Ellie Kreiger from Healthy Eating I have found soups are a great tool to lose weight.

I understand how you are feeling, I ate ice cream and yesterday and woke up feeling awful. Today is a new day and if you want to do anything "drastic" I would suggest maybe working out alot more but do not cut calories. Dr. Oz yesterday was talking about metabolism and it will really screw it up if you deprive yourself.

Glad to see someone else who is going through what I am . I started at 273 and I am now 264. It sucks that it takes so long to notice any difference because I am so big!

Ellie krieger from Healthy Appetite says that there is alot of nutrition in the yolks so she splits the yolk and the whites. For instance if you are having two eggs make 1 with the whole egg and the other with egg white only. Then you still get the good nutrition but a lot less fat and calories.
