So I fell off the wagon and started back with RI30 yesterday. I have only been able to complete 7 days of the week one program over the past two weeks. Week 1, Day 2 - I'm definately feeling it but completed all my Running Man's today. And I'm getting a little lower with my pushups. I feel like I have no upper body strength. Just something to keep working on I guess. I agree that it was easier for me today too since I knew what was coming up next.

So far, I do find RI30 more challenging. I am definately feeling it a little more than I did with 30 DS.
